Vision & Policy
Dr. Olusola Osetoba’s vision is rooted in human development, with a strong focus on empowering young people and women as drivers of community growth and social progress.
In her role as Technical Advisor on Sports Development, she advances policies aligned with the administration of Governor Biodun Oyebanji, using sports as a platform to build discipline, leadership, and opportunity for the youth.
While sports remains central to her responsibilities, her approach also supports empowerment initiatives such as vocational training and community programmes that equip youths and women with skills for self-reliance and economic participation.
Through this integrated approach, sports serves not only as competition but also as a pathway for talent development, community engagement, and the broader human-development goals of the Ekiti State Government.

By creating opportunities for women to contribute and lead, the sports sector becomes more inclusive, representative, and impactful.

Sports as a Tool for Empowerment
Beyond competition, sports can serve as a platform for empowerment and economic opportunity.

This approach aligns with the administration’s goal of using sports as a catalyst for economic and social advancement.
